 C:\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\dbi\DBIMysqli.class.php on line 285

becuse that much of tables build with new moodle 2.7+ version.
i try all the way to reduce the traffic and import the database to my localhost.
finally after a big strucle i finout out to in crease the phpmyadmin timeout time.
thanks to stackoverflow .

There's a configuration variable within the phpMyAdmin directory that you can find in libraries\config.default.php called $cfg['ExecTimeLimit'] that you can set to whatever maximum execution time you need.
